Thought highly of them but today's service let me down and stranded.
I bought a used car which i was told had full service history, when i checked the service book i soon realised it didn't and then i got told they would sort it and post me the book. 3months later i received the book back without a full history.I got in contact with them and was told the man who sold me the car had left and theres nothing they can do for me.Would advise buying a car somewhere else
Bought my 2010 Outlander about 4 months ago from Norjac Carnforth and took it in today to have a minor fault from the makers fixed .Whilst there 2 technicians helped me fix up the hands free phone system( I am 69 years old and clueless) and was thoroughly impressed with how I was treated as a customer .Thank you everyone .
