After attending Ash Trees for 50 years and having excess and asthma from birth I now have difficulty getting a repeat prescription for an inhaler , no record of my usage , online only applicationsPast usage history no doubt lost with IT problemsI dont have internet so cant comply with online mandateTravel on there and there are huge queues and 3 ladies chatting behind receptionNever been required to see an asthma nurse despite being a ventolin inhaler user for 50 yrsThird world levels of organisation from whoever is practice manager not the staffs fault
My Aunt receives excellent care & support from all the professional & caring staff @ this Practice. As her main Carer my role is recognised & supported.
Love the surgery, staff great, my only problem is you have to wait 2-3 weeks to get to see my Dr, which can be a little distressing at times. Otherwise I would definitely recommended to anyone.
