Small bald man is very ignorant! I was taking a very important phone call and as I was being served by the lady he turned and said to her, I wouldn't have served her on the phone, will not be going back again! Also went in on a different occasion to change a 50 pound note and he said "what do you want me to do with That" ?? Well change it mr postman!!
