Pub with ongoing refurbishment works, showing great promise. Good, varied menu but choose wisely or can be expensive. 2 local real ales on tap. Tasteful decor, tasty freshly made pizza & friendly staff who coped very well with preordered lunch for a group of 25.
Just home from a truly beautiful lunch. It has restored our faith in eating out in the Lancaster area. 5 stars for delicious food, beautifully cooked and served by friendly and welcoming staff.
A fantastic establishment with a great selection of real ales and wines, 5* service and delicious food. The log burners are a welcome sight on a chilly day and we could take our dog in the bar. The Lamb rump was delicious and the Teriyaki salmon second to none. A new regular destination
Small rural pub, with great food and great beer at average prices. Well worth a visit if you are in a 50 mile radius! Yes, it's that good.
Friday 26th October 2018. Not our first visit and, once again, we had a wonderful evening! Staff are very friendly and happy to help and advise. Food and drinks were delicious as usual! Our daughter lives in the village and we like to visit The New Inn when we come to stay. A really lovely place to celebrate my birthday! Thank you to all.
