A nice country pub. Seemed quite busy despite the wet weather. Good coffee and scones. Helpful staff.

Sat in front of the roaring stove on a cold wet afternoon. Good food, good beer, friendly and helpful staff... marvellous!
Enjoyed a pizza and a couple of beers at the Royal. Rest of menu looked good and the bar staff were very pleasant. Place has recently been renovated and is a little clinical and lacking character but guess this will develop in time. Would definetly eat there again.
