Closed 31/12/19 looks nice though so will return.
A great experience in every way. Andrew was very friendly. Delicious baked potato with tuna mayo, very quickly served. The ginger and lime cake was in my top 10 ever tasted.Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this lovely spacious cafe.

Lovely quaint little place with good choice of drinks and snacks, warm and cosy with polite staff. Makes a wait between trains a positive:-)
This must be the best railway station cafe I have ever seen. I took my mother for breakfast here on a rainy autumn day as she remembers the film which was recorded here.The cafe was quiet but the service was excellent and the food was a great British breakfast.Only downside was parking was a fiasco as the machines didn't work meaning you had to pay online. Parking was nearly the cost of breakfast.
