Really lovely experience. We loved the lodges and great customer service.
Quayle lodge was well below the standard we expected in terms of cleanliness and on informing staff they did not seem concerned. They eventually offered to clean the lodge the following day. We wi not be returning.
Some lodges are lovely. Others tired and even dangerous! Customer service from Sheryl Ainsworth who runs Lakeland Lodges is terrible and very complacent in this day and age.
Beautiful setting around the edge of the lake, large spacious lodge with everything you need included. We are at the restaurant in the evening, lovely food, friendly staff.vi would recommend.
Great Views. Pool was good. Sauna and steam room were relaxing as well.
