Room was very pleasant and well equipped with utensils in the kitchen area, pool facilities were clean and tidy, layout of resort was clear and straight forward. Gorgeous view of the lake from our door. Ideal location and such friendly staff.
We only stayed 1 night but wished we had stayed longer. Staff here are amazing and the location is just beautiful. Our room was immaculate and very clean. It had everything you need. The resort is just off the motorway. Will be back in summer.
Spent the Christmas period in pine lake diamond resort. A very calm peaceful place for relaxing an unwind. I rented the studio which is closer to to reception and the room was clean and tidy.I would recommend staying here for Those who like quite and a weekend break away from the busy city life.
A lovely family meal on my birthday. The reception staff were very helpful when I was booking and nothing was too much trouble for them. I changed the time at the last minute and they were just so helpful. Only one criticism, the phone number on the website puts you through to America. I just cut them off and rang my daughter for the local number , so got through to the actual place. The food was good and service great. I was a little chilled, but not may people in at the time. I would go again. They are very children friendly.
Food was lovely. Starter was cold as it should be. Main course was to die for. The beef just came away. So delicious. Evening entertainment very very good. Wish I could have danced but bad foot. Well done to a very happy and positive team.
