This campsite is a little gem.... we hired a cabin and it's superb. The beds are so comfortable it's like a hotel. Everything looks and feels new. The location is great with a bus stop just outside he site which enabled me to take my 2 sons (5 & 7) to Kendal which they enjoyed. They've had a great time.
We stayed at Bay View when we attended a Caravan Club rally. Although we were on their rally field and not the campsite, the campsite looked very clean and well kept. It was a very short walk to the sea front, and there's a nice walk along the canal to the village centre, approximately 20 minutes. If you want to drive, there's loads of nice places around within an hour's drive.
Immaculate.Everywhere.24 hours a day, every day.Even the grass grows straight.Thanks for a great visit.
Lovely family campsite.No large groups allowed so lovely and quiet.Wardens discretely keep an eye out which is a good Idea.Would recommend for families and people wanting a nice relaxing stay.
