lovely place I love the peace and quite the gardens are lovely
Not actually stayed there just went for a walk whilst on my break but looks lovely and in a nice setting.
Wonderful park!! Private and peaceful with excellently kept grounds. A perfect base to explore the Lake District from. My favourite part of the year is Spring when the daffodils and snowdrops appear!
A tranquil site in a great location, ideally placed for visiting the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. This is our second year at Hawthorns, it's the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The site manager, Mark is positive and approachable. David, the gardener does an exceptional job at keeping the park in pristine condition. We feel we made an excellent choice with Hawthorns, a lovely family owned site which is safe, welcoming and friendly.
